Solidarity in values

The Impulsus consultants support managers when they are creating result-promoting conditions. They are involved with the day-to-day activities of the manager him/herself and with their ability to create solidarity. This ability covers several aspects: to start with, the link that binds each individual to values that are shared right across the organization, but also his or her unique role in all of that. A strong awareness of these values provides a good basis for solidarity with the direction of the organization, with and among managers and employees.
