Impulsus initially ran CiEP as an individual coaching program for people in an office environment. After experiencing with this basic form of CiEP there was a great demand from organizations for a wider application. CiEP has since then evolved to become a complete work philosophy, in which our consultants support organization-wide application, including implementation at management and board level. The aim of every consultant is to foster an awareness regarding the choice works well/does not work, in which managers can also focus on the question of “Does this give energy, yes or no?” Not only for myself, but also for the others involved?
